What to pack

We often get questions about what to pack in your hospital bag.... although there are lots of suggestions online, and really down to personal preference of how much you want to bring, we thought the NHS guide (below) may be useful.
Some women choose to bring some small LED candles (remember they can only be battery operated), a play list to listen to (we do have some blue tooth speakers but some women choose to bring a small speaker or head phones) and plenty of non-fizzy isotonic drinks.
It is recommended that your birth partner brings plenty of snacks and drinks. Don’t forget a face mask.
