Do you want to explore how you are feeling or get some support or advice about your sexuality or gender identity? Breakout Youth is run by No Limits and is Hampshire and the Isle of Wight’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender and Transsexual support service.

They offer a range of services including support groups, individual support, parent support, advocacy and sexual health services. They also offer free contraception and some sexual health screening and pregnancy testing.
